Brett Miller - Senior Director

Initially, Brett oversaw key add-value renovation projects at three multifamily properties, coordinating the efforts of diverse teams, including architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to accelerate the appreciation of these buildings while ensuring efficient project execution.

In 2020, Brett worked as Head Project Manager for the ground-up development of 1946 Overland, navigating through the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic to successfully deliver a luxury multifamily product in September 2022. 

In 2021, Brett assisted in the refinancing of 2218 Beachwood and 3861 Vinton, facilitating the extensive application process with multiple lenders. After obtaining a certificate of occupancy for Overland, Brett assisted in the development of a comprehensive financial model for the refinancing of the construction loan, analyzing various financial data and market factors to determine the feasibility and profitability of the refinancing opportunity.

Recently, Brett has played a pivotal role in the expansion of the Property Management division of Pluto Partners, overseeing hiring of staff, streamlining property management operations, and establishing rigorous quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery. 

Brett received a BA from Amherst College.

Brett has been a member of the Pluto Partners team for over 8 years, working as Project Manager and Financial Analyst across multiple ventures within the company portfolio.
