Mr. deLeeuw was a board member of Advocates for Housing, Anti-Defamation League, Chicago Central Area Committee, Chicago Development Council, Greater Jewish Federation of Houston and Sunnyside-Up Community Development Corporation.

Mr. deLeeuw received a BA and MBA from Rice University.

  • Represented the Collegiate Church Corporation in the renegotiation of its $150 million ground lease with Rockefeller Center Properties.
  • Responsible for the asset management of over 10,000 apartments and 8 million SF of office buildings.
  • Over $4 billion in transactions.
