In 2004, she obtained her Broker license and focused on finance and Mortgage brokering of residential and commercial loans. She later opened her mortgage company, Pacwest Mortgage in Downtown Los Angeles in 2005. Through the years, she developed relationships with single family home developers and builders and went on to be the preferred mortgage broker for new home builders in Southern California helping secure financing for their buyers.
In 2012, she began managing multifamily rental properties throughout Southern California. To date, she has managed 139 properties which include residential, commercial, luxury lease-ups and garden style communities ranging in size from 3 to 135 units. Her experience includes negotiations, lease contracts, building systems, value additions, major renovations as well as implementation of preventative maintenance programs including health and safety regulations and personnel training.
