101 West End Avenue, NYC is a luxury rental building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. It has 504 apartments on 34 floors and was built in 2001. It has a mixture of market rate and low income units under the 80-20 program. The building was sold upon completion to Archstone Smith.

233 N. Michigan is a 1,070,000 SF office building in the East Loop of Chicago, IL. Completely renovated and leased up, the building was sold to Parkway Properties Inc. in 2000.
