In March 2019 Pluto Partners entered into a development agreement with St. John’s Episcopal Cathedral and the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles.
The property is located in downtown LA near USC and encompasses the entire block surrounded by West Adams Boulevard, South Figueroa Street, Flower Street, and West 27th Street.
The development agreement provides for a 99-year ground lease and allows Pluto to construct buildings surrounding the historic cathedral. The new buildings will include the following uses: Class-A student housing, retail, community facilities, affordable housing, and parking.
Prior to obtaining entitlements, Pluto sold its interest in the project.
